Lol, I believe there’s a clause like this in all platforms. It’s a little more discrete in Twitters TOS. I believe it’s worded different in Twitter TOS : Limitation of Liability. Highly doubt they are going to sue or charge members. They will lose them if that happened.

They aren't the same and you know it, but I agree that it would be a huge incident if they forced some Proud Boy to pay legal fees because he violated some law on hate speech.

If I know, then why would I bring it up stating all platforms are the same. But either way, it wouldn’t happen and what state in the United States has any law on hate speech. Certainly I wouldn’t say anything offensive but also everyone will complain about something.
