Cops are not judges, I don’t think they have the right to make decisions that end someone’s life. There needs to be a higher standard.
You have a point, they’re not judges. Which is why, they tried to arrest, so that a judge or magistrate can see them. But if you fight a cop, that officer is allowed to defend themselves to any extent necessary.
