I think these protests have proven that removing public items is quite easy.
You all claim that these things are wrong because they represent what you feel is racist. But let’s say other groups wanted to have other statues removed because they offend them, you all would call them racist. I’m just stating the obvious.

1. Who do you mean by "you all" I am an individual and am not affiliated with any party or organization 2. If later on a bunch of people are hurt by a statue, even if I liked it, I'd be fine with it coming down if it was getting in the way of anyone's happiness.

You’re against the idea of these statues right? Then that means you are part of that crowd, which means you fit into the you all meaning. Why erase history to give into someone’s happiness. You give a crowd a little, they will expect a lot down the road.
