You ran for Congress and don't know that under NC and Federal law anyone who participates in a crime that results in murder can be... charged with murder?
Now this case happened in Minnesota, NC law doesn’t exist up there. This is now a federal case because people asked for it. But again only 1 officer committed the actual crime. The others just stood by and didn’t do a thing to stop it and yes they need to be charged as well.
