You have to sign the envelope & your signature is compared to your voter registration. So yeah, real easy for someone to vote for you.
Okay explain in person voting. If I know something that’s registered but is not going to vote because they don’t like the person. Again I have never had to present ID to verify who I am. I could vote at my polling place then go across town and do it again as someone else.

Then your state government is in on it. I have ALWAYS, ALWAYS had to present my driver’s license when I voted in person in Colorado. ALWAYS!
