Because the Republicans are the ones who ACTUALLY cheated. 
There are five states that vote exclusively by mail. It works fine. Sit down.
Because 1) Republicans have admitted straight out that the more people get to vote, the more they vote Democratic, and 2) Republicans have also been working to make it harder for Democratic areas to get to the voting polls. If you made it mandatory, this wouldn't matter.
