@Equifax is using outdated info to verify who I am and when I give them the current info, I get locked out. Yep and we trust their database. Gotta love credit agencies.

Hey @Equifax , fix your system, apparently you can’t get information correct. @Experian_US and @TransUnion can verify my identity but yet you can’t verify me over the phone. Yet you want me to send in documents that everyone can forge. Yeah way to go geniuses.
