So the man holding the sign is correct but Churches aren't closed. By definition of the EO121. Or Section 2-C.10 Religious activities are essential. Section 3 will not apply according to 3-A.2 , So if your church closed down, its because they chose to.
Sorry they weren't ordered to close by definition of this executive order.
