You are just offered a job that will benefit you financially and further pursue your career but you have to travel all the time, missing your family, pets, and friends. Would you take the job or not and why?
Probably not, family is the most important thing. Distancing yourself from them will only destroy that and no job will ever amount to having a family. I rather keep a low paying job than sacrifice my family.
