So everyday Americans are worth a one-time $1,200 check but Congress gets 30x that amount?

My apologies, I was looking at the senate bill, the house bill does list it but they aren’t getting pay raises, they allotted that money for spending. More likely to balance what they lost in paying each of the members staff for overtime during the overtime they made.
