2/ Just because he is still allowing you to apply is not the exception. Closing any way to pick up these permits is infringing upon the rights of the people.

Something needs to be done about this, restricting citizens from being able to purchase firearms during anytime is a violation of the 2nd. This is my county and something needs to be done about it.
