No, that was a move the school system took to prevent kids from getting sick. Regardless, they may get sick and we can argue that. But let it happen while at school. Think of how many pissed off parents we will have. It's a preventative measure.

Look, the CDC can recommend a lot of things. That's like you recommending I eat somewhere you like. We don't always follow the recommendations of others. School closing was for the best interest of the kids. Hell, I don't like it because I have kids in school but I understand why

Okay, I want you to listen to this, CDC is center for disease control, they are smart in the field of science, biological, viral and infectious diseases, they can only recommend something for other fields but can't control those fields. I'm done if all you're just picking fights

I wasn't going to reply, but please explain to me what a virtual outbreak is because last I checked this is very real and since this conversation first started over 10 hours ago, we have jumped several thousand in numbers of people getting sick.

No what I said was that I don't follow every suggestion. I typically listen to what they and others suggest and go from there. Not 1 org is going to be right and that virtual outbreak came from you. Second line in your post...pic.twitter.com/LxK5bQ5rn9

You don't listen for shit, as I said, I listen to what they suggest, but also listen to what other known orgs suggest as well. We don't pay them to be experts, they get paid to monitor and track all known and unknown viral threats and come up with solutions to prevent.
