A little over the top with the Make Kids Great again, but once society removed punishments like this and the leather belt, kids started attacking their teachers, acting up or ending up in the prison system at younger ages. We need punishments like this again.

The use of spanking by open palm or even by a belt only done on the rear, not the back, face or other parts of the body, has been used as a method for decades. It’s only in the recent years that it has been so called related to violence. Yet we have so many great people.
