To be honest, I wasn’t thinking about the animals, I skipped over that in his tweet. But unlike plants, animals are resilient, I don’t see a 20% loss in animal life on 3.6 degree increase not in Fahrenheit at least. If we’re talking Celsius then we may have an issue.
Which is why instead of looking for ways to better the environment which is already on a downhill spiral, we need to look to adapting by indoor or artificial growth. Even an indoor farm using glass as a way to let sun in will work as well. You can keep indoors climate controlled.
