The impeachment vote has been recorded, but House Democrats aren’t stopping there.
They have gone on record saying in 2020 they will try to impeach POTUS again if he’s re-elected.
It shows just how partisan this whole SHAM has been.

Participate in what, the impeachment process? What point would he honestly have to be there. They wouldn't question him, he couldn't speak. Sure, I would think he should be there, but again, what could he do. This was a partisan vote by a party that was against him from day one.
