But that was based off of area. You can’t go around basing your pay off of others when they are not in the same economic size as yours. In fact they are in cities 3 times larger than yours and they have you by may 3 years and 10k a year difference.
There’s talk about the pay gap and I see all these statistics but when I ask around what I find is that the static’s are reversed. 7 our of 14 interviewed were women. 4 out of those 7 claim their underpaid. And 1 out of those 4 were underpaid.

That’s like saying fast food workers need 15 an hour in a town of 36k. You have 15 of the same thing and they don’t do great business, someone is going to lose money and a job. We demand so much and give so little and wonder why the economy is going down.
