Aide for Speaker Pelosi tells NBC News that a laptop from a conference room was stolen during Wednesday's storming of the US Capitol. It was a laptop that was only used for presentations, the aide says.

won't help. Need a MAC address to identify the hardware and that is only presented to the router it connects to. Best bet is if it has a "dial home" feature. If it had actual natsec value, everything should be encrypted. A state actor can get in but not vanilla isis.
