Who the F is cal and why does he act like he knows what’s going on in my city. For the past 35 years i have lived here and not much has changed but the media. Also, I wouldn’t call it a fierce partisan battle that led to a spike. Lol. It may have been all the protests.

The protesters wore masks. I would definitely call it a fierce partisan divide. Wagle v Kelly, Sedgwick County Board of Commissioners, the City Common Council - all voted on partisan lines. The city needs to look after its health or we’ll have NO economy.

The problem here in wichita is that too many people are denying the virus, rejecting masks, and are convinced it's all a conspiracy to control them and eventually put microchips in them
