Retention rates for government workers is obscenely high compared to other large and small operations, so naturally they're more likely to spend their pay to the max each month never expecting the tap to close. This will change. Credit and savings accounts are available.

His comment speaks volumes for what is wrong with the US government.
The rest of us don't understand why Ross is the commerce secretary.
