He is a savage. The policy is full on evil. Find in the Christian Bible a description of evil and it would not match the cruel use of torturing children to deter refugees from seeking refuge in a country that "pledges liberty and justice for all".

It sucks that no one will be released, but at least the children will no longer be separated from their parents. All families should stay together no matter what.
