    Check out my new VarID method for the quantification of local gene expression variability in cell state space. VarID infers dynamics of gene expression noise during differentiation and allows to explore the role of this understudied aspect.

    Kupffer cells are not located solely in blood vessels as assumed but have part of their body in contact with stellate cells & hepatocytes. We feel this is essential spatial information. Our 1st contribution to the liver single-cell atlas? Without ScRNAseq!
