Nintendo explicitly grants rights for videos with commentary via the game content guidelines and the Nintendo Creators Program at the time the stream occurred. I did not use any other channel's content. This is about the clearest case possible of valid gaming content on @YouTube.

I reached on on the
@YouTubeGaming Discord twice, to receive minimal help/concern. It should be highly concerning to anyone who uses the platform that someone who plays the same game is able to submit a takedown request and YouTube completely ignore a valid counter notification.Show this thread -
I hate to say it, but it's difficult to believe that this process would be handled exactly the same for a larger channel. So I ask people to share this to at least bring attention to the situation. Others should be aware what can happen in the blink of an eye on the platform.

This is the video that has the takedown request:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JWBS04c0j0w …

I discovered in creator studio that
@TeamYouTube believes I am misusing their counter notification system. Why should I resubmit the exact same accurate information twice?pic.twitter.com/LrnVF5Bu1r

This really sucks man. I've actually read that gameplay only streams ( without camera ) can be classed as duplicate content now =/

That's insane.
@Nintendo's guidelines at least explicitly mention commentary.https://www.nintendo.co.jp/networkservice_guideline/en/index.html …
