How are you going to handle that during War Time spoils of War any Nation that goes to War gives it troops free reign NATO will never learn from past history & Europe is a prime example of Violence against women. Kosovo a prime example NATO refused to help women while being raped

NATO will not get involved nor will other NATO members if they do they fear retribution & prime example NATO members will not get involved for fear it will escalate the situation NATO is like the poster child for the UN peacekeepers that fail to do it's job to stop violence.
