    The recount is over. There was a one ballot change in the absentee counts which gave Pruitt 1 more and Snyder 1 less. The winner that was certified by the State Review Board remained the winner after the recount. Shout out to our Dominion Voting machines that were accurate.

    When more voters vote by absentee ballot than in any other election in Connecticut history, but rejected absentee ballots are half as many as previous years, the message that every voter could participate by absentee ballot, & how to do it properly, clearly resonated with voters.

    WV's HAVA Board met to review applications from counties for reimbursement from the State for necessary COVID-related costs during the 2020 General Election. Counties will not need to bear any additional necessary costs thanks to the funding granted to WV through the CARES Act.
