Crews with @NASAGroundSys have placed the #Artemis I Interim Cryogenic Propulsion Stage on the mobile launcher at @NASAKennedy!
The ICPS and its single RL10 engine will provide the thrust to send @NASA_Orion on a precise trajectory to the Moon.

why is ICPS so baby? Is the Delta IV (and thus the ICPS) that small compared to SLS?

It is small compared to the core stage, but it looks so tiny because much of its size slides inside the LVSA
