Galaxies are not very dense with stars - they are almost like grains of rice separated by football fields. The probability of them colliding is near zero! If you search on the subject, you'll find some discussions of this. :-)
True, but the centers of Galaxy's are more dense with stars. The probability of collisions will stay low, but you can not exclude, collisions may happen. Fact is our black holes will merge... The nearby stars have a greater risk of colliding with other stars
