I haven't heard of the WFIRST telescope, and it wasn't in the article. What is that one?

It's essentailly a better Hubble, in that it's a similar size and functionality, but with some improvements. James Webb has a slightly different mission than Hubble, which is where WFIRST comes in. I thought it had been cancelled, but I guess not
