Webb will soon meet its rocket. 
Having been moved to the final assembly building at Europe’s Spaceport, next Webb will be connected to the @ariane5's upper stage & encapsulated within the fairing. Launch is on Dec. 22: https://go.nasa.gov/31BjtkD

It has a pretty good chance of success - it was extensively tested, and space conditions aren't unknown. Still a nail biter of course, but far from lottery IMO.
