Is it just the USA and NASA which works on this scope, or there are more Agency's? Because of the flag, science should be free of national propaganda. Maybe you display more flags!

According to NASA ESA CSA, and STScI also work on it. It doesn't look like propaganda. I would expect a ESA Twitter account to display their patch on their media releases aswell. I will agree however that no flag is the better option always.
