Well NASA someday make a follow on telescope of same design? Easier next time, Or is this design not worth trying again?

It’s difficult. Telescopes are more complex than just a really big lens to see far away. Different telescopes view different things. Some see specifically IR (heat) wavelength light, others might be looking for cosmic radiation, or other things. It depends what we’re looking for.
