Unfortunately NASA is not able to offer public viewing for this launch. It is launching via an ESA launch vehicle and launch site, part of ESA's contribution to the mission. Launch sites near the equator allow the Earth to give an extra push. More: https://jwst.nasa.gov/launch.html
