Falcon 9 for the PAZ mission has rolled out at Vandenberg SLC-4E (visual confirmation). And she IS the first West Coast Sooty.
And pretty unique looking as she has no landing legs. Think "whoops, tan lines!", but make up your own jokes or I'll get into trouble.

Not just that, Block 3 first stages. They want to get rid of all of them and it’s probably cheaper to toss ‘em in the ocean than it is to scrap ‘em
