Reason for delay? Slc40 gremlins? Zuma sneak in first?
SpaceX returns to SLC-40 for the next mission - Falcon 9 launch with CRS-13 Dragon. Static Fire is currently waiting on a firm date (Wednesday no longer the target). Launch date now has a NASA planning date of December 8, but don't go booking flights until this all firms up.

Looks like if it sticks to the 8th, the launch time would be between 1-2 per the ISS orbit. Idk if they have a time out for the 8th, so I went looking myself.

Any idea when the USG might use a SpaceX previously-flown first stage rocket for one of its own missions?

Should be CRS-11's booster being used for CRS-13. No one wants to go official with it, but that's what I'm told. It's that booster for this mission.

Are you buying fairing story with F9 and postponing Zuma? Shouldn't it be impacting ISS cargo launch ( 8th dec) and Iriduim satellite launch ( 23rd dec)? I believe there is a different story which was kept under the table!

Yep! Dragon doesn't use a fairing, so that was never an issue. Iridium may be using a slightly different stock of fairing....or Zuma is such a diva she demands absolutely no risk *whatsoever*, in any way. Someone sneezes, that's a DELAY! I'm going with the latter.
