Do you like rockets? Do you like planes? How about the place where there's four rocket carrying planes? Yeah, I thought so! Then check out Jack Beyer's () awesome video of his visit to Mojave. Virgin Galactic White Knight Two was having fun!

Virgin Galactic's White Knight Two returns to Mojave Air & Spaceport from New Mexico. Three low approaches, two touch-and-go’s, landing, and taxi- all with audio of the tower and pilot talking. There are now 4 rocket launching planes at MHV, so cool.

This week in 1984, Astronaut Robert Stewart did an untethered spacewalk using the Manned Maneuvering Unit (MMU) - see pic. On Shuttle mission STS-41B mission Bruce McCandless and Stewart made the first untethered spacewalks!

Dmitry Rogozin about MLM : "It is unlikely that MLM will be launched in November. If it arrives at Baikonur in March, at least 7 months will be required for electrical tests. I think the launch will be in late 2020 or early 2021."

"That's no moon, that's a....." STS-133 - Shuttle Discovery - Arriving at the ISS. Always fun to hit random L2 historical threads for Shuttle goodness. This set from STS-133. This is what the crews of Dragon 2 and Starliner will get to experience!

Important to relay again, as I still see some people equating leaving the EU as also leaving ESA - when that is not accurate. Still very much an active member of ESA. UK has an active UKSA and it won't be long until there's a domestic orbital launch capability in Sutherland.

No rest for the wicked on the deck of OCISLY today. Jack stands have been put away and equipment such as the air venting has come out. This usually signals below deck work. Whatever may have happened to the decking is being managed ahead of the next mission.
