This is a composite image, it gives us an infrared view. Blue represents wavelengths centered at 1.3 microns, green=2.0 microns, and red=5.0 microns. A view at visible wavelengths (~0.5 microns) would show only Titan's hazy atmosphere. More on this image: http://go.nasa.gov/35LfwYr
