There is still time to catch it through mid-August. Comet NEOWISE is difficult to see with the naked eye, try using binoculars or a telescope.

How much of it visible in the southern hemisphere though?
-
Objects appear higher/lower depending on your latitude. Unless otherwise noted, objects mentioned in our skywatching videos can be seen by observers in the Northern Hemisphere. Southern Hemisphere viewers will find objects rotated with respect to their appearance in the north.
