What's the odds on it arriving and landing safely? The surface is littered with failures.

The previous 9 NASA Mars missions over the last 20 years have all been successful. NASA has landed 8 times on mars since 1977 with only 1 failure, Mars Polar Lander in 1999.

Apparently its still in very good condition with a few more years of power.if run correctly so it should be coming down the other side of Mount sharp
