How will missions that go beyond Mars account for the lag time in signals to and from the clock? How are the Voyagers doing it now ?? Still using the Earth’s clocks? Thanks

The so-called "speed of light" is not constant. What physically occurs that instantiates an illusion that 'the speed of light is constant' is that there is a Universal Extreme Fluid (UEF) that 'moves' in any direction other than the direction in which it's max-freedom-to-move ->

is being approached. So it 'looks like' there's a 'speed limit', when all that's actually occurring is a fluid dynamic with respect to which 'the speed of light' is perfectly variable.
