Those are made out of very heavy materials like steel. I think weight/fuel becomes a major issue if you're making an entire lander out of steel, nah mean?

Yeah, no. The pressure on Venus is ridiculously high... putting a vacuum inside would make the pressure differential even higher. Kind of the opposite of what you want to do.
