Good question. Not yet, but its protective covering will be removed before flight. The launch period opens on July 17. 
The @NASAPersevere rover is attached to its rocket-powered descent stage. These are the 1st spacecraft elements to come together for launch & the last to part when we land on Mars. How long will this payload spend from time of launch and arrival at Mars

A 3 week launch window will open starting July 17 and the rover will touch down on mars on February 18, 2021 which means the journey will take between 218 & 197 days depends when it launches in the window

Wait, the drone is attached to the bottom of the rover????

They probably considered it too risky to start the rotors near the instruments, electrical harnesses and antennas on top of the rover for takeoff. Place it gently on the ground and move the rover away before attempting takeoff is safer.
