Yes! #Mars2020 is slated to launch from @NASAKennedy between July 17 and Aug. 5, 2020, and arrive at Mars on Feb. 18, 2021.

Would launching at the beginning versus end of the launch window change the date the rover will arrive on Mars, or will it be Feb. 18th in either case?

I imagine they'd fix the arrival time, as that would dictate where on the planet they'll land based on angle of approach. Probably simplest to make up for launch window deviation in transit (since in the grand scheme its a small deviation)
