If you have a pair of eclipse glasses, those are OK for viewing the Sun, but Mercury is so small in comparison that it can be next to impossible to see a transit without magnification.

Only with very specialist equipment. Never ever look at the sun through a telescope, binoculars, or even just using your eyes! will damage your eyes permanently. If you have a quality solar scope yes, but if not, best watch online.
