I’m going to lean towards “still rare”, but outside my knowledge base.
Am wondering more about the technology development side that the person in the video was mentioning. Do engineering projects usually recruit / invite artists in, or is that still somewhat rare?Hiring artists and media specialists are an important part of helping tell @NASA stories from any center.
