Is it true it takes 8 hours to receive data or photos from Mars?
8 hours and about 8 seconds is how long it takes light to travel from Mars on landing day. It all depends where Mars is in relation to Earth at the time.

I meant Data Stream, Telementry, Photos, Etc.. not Light. I know the speed of light.
