earth quakes can occur from tectonic plates, but also from vulcanism, meteorite impact, frost (seasons), etc.

where are the words? i don’t see anything. the signal was not caused by machinery. the last sounds you hear are completely different than the sound of the rumbling. take another, perhaps closer, listen.
