The first of @NASA’s newest #EarthExpedition campaigns takes off this week from @NASA_Wallops! The Investigation of Microphysics Precipitation for Atlantic Coast-Threatening Snowstorms or IMPACTS will use two planes, balloons and instruments on the ground.
