What are the chances of finding an exact planet which will be suitable for our biological body? Wouldn't transferring our consciousness out of our body to some agent made to be compatible with some specific planet a better option?

I do not think that O2 and H2O is an uncommon phenomenon in the universe.

That's why we don't have to search for them. If somehow we are able to duplicate our consciousness in digital form and then transfer it to some robot who will simply require power source, we can live or research on any planet without physically being there

Sending something to another star(and thus an exoplanet) would take hundreds of thousands of years with our current tech, we're currently in the "Telescope-based recon" stage of extrasolar exploration

Different countries and corporations make them is various places around the world. Calling them factories would also be misleading since the word usually evokes the idea of a constant assembly line, when they're more like luxury made to order cars

The 8" per mile^2 formula would result in Earth being a parabola. Test it out for yourself. The actual formula is "h = R-Rcos(s/(2R))" where h is the distance below the horizon, R is the Earth's radius and s is the separation between both objects.
