        That is already being worked on. Besides the oceans are going to be polluted no matter what because some people don’t care about their own litter and how it will affect the environment as a whole,

        It's not being done fast or aggressive enough. Every day parts of coral reefs are dying and because of global warming the oceans are becoming warmer.
