too many ygo series
1. are minimally edited, a death knell for a limited series
2. are not by people who are particularly charismatic or good at filling air
and i think they suffer from this quite a bit
tbh the primary reason why prog playoffs worked despite being a hundred episode series is that the people involved were just generally funny, so it had two different pulls - the gameplay across ygo's history, and also just listening to people shoot the shit in an amusing way
it is TRULY wild how much randomizing the music changes the vibes of a game. i keep getting jumpscared by stuff like forgetting the invisibility music could change too. kinda fitting new song tbh
wario is the kind of guy who's probably haunted by at LEAST fifty separate ghosts because of all his treasure but he's also the kind of guy who would just strap on his ghost punching gloves and 1v1 them in sequence
once you've beaten the game you unlock time attack mode, which is kind of interesting. you can also go hunting for the 8 coins scattered all over every stage, some of which require some complex stuff - i only just now learned w a guide how to get the last ones n the 1st stage lol
I traveled to the edge of the universe. The farthest corner of this pitiful existence. And that was where I found it. The last of the crayons. The last part of phase 1. Infinite Golf grows closer every day. It is only a matter of time.
