    Just finished another hearing in our suit against focusing on ensuring the timely delivery of all ballots that have been sent by mail. The court expects to issue further orders to achieve that goal, and to obtain more information about what happened in Miami.

    A federal judge has ordered the U.S. Postal Service to take “extraordinary measures” to deliver ballots in time to be counted in Wisconsin and around Detroit, including using a priority mail service.
